Time to Play Golf Supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month

TTPGolf, the fastest-growing golf network, designs a special breast cancer awareness tee to help raise money for a cure.

Washington Crossing, PA October 22, 2014

Time to Play Golf’s online golf store, the newest extension of the golf social network, is highlighting Breast Cancer Awareness month by offering customers and members a special tee in support of the cause.

Proudly featuring pink and resembling an American flag, this super soft, amazingly comfortable tee is designed to support the game of golf and this country, while most importantly, raising funds in support of breast cancer research. Portions of the proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the world’s largest nonprofit source of funding in the fight against breast cancer.

“Susan G. Komen is the ONLY organization that addresses breast cancer on multiple fronts such as research, community health, global outreach and public policy initiatives in order to make the biggest impact against this disease.” To date, the organization “has invested more than $2.5 billion in groundbreaking research, community health outreach, advocacy and programs in more than 30 countries.” (Susan G. Komen Website)

Time to Play Golf is proud to contribute to this devoted organization and its continued search for a cure.

To be a driving force in the fight against breast cancer, purchase The Support Tee by TTPGolf, available in both youth and adult sizes.

ABOUT SUSAN B. KOMEN

In 1980, Nancy G. Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan, that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. In 1982, that promise became the Susan G. Komen® organization and the beginning of a global movement. What was started with $200 and a shoebox full of potential donor names has now grown into the world’s largest nonprofit source of funding for the fight against breast cancer. To date, the organization has invested more than $2.5 billion in groundbreaking research, community health outreach, advocacy and programs in more than 30 countries. Susan G. Komen is the only organization that addresses breast cancer on multiple fronts such as research, community health, global outreach and public policy initiatives in order to make the biggest impact against this disease.
