New products : Kipp - Clamp levers bi-component KIPP: an ergonomic innovation

For 60 years the company KIPP innovates in the field of indexable levers. The latest addition to the range is colorful and ergonomic. This two-component handle indexable stands out thanks to its ergonomics, secure grip and original industrial design.

  The handle is the result of an innovative combination of two components in hard and soft plastic. The thermoplastic reinforced with glass fibers, is the body part. Thermoflex elastomer component ensures pleasant handling. It allows a non-slip grip when the maneuver by pulling or pushing. The elastomer, including the hard plastic, makes the smooth part and prevents dirt from being deposited in the interstices. The toothed ring zinc is molded into the handle body.

At the time of placing on the market, this lever indexable already existed in 130 versions. Choice, it is available with a height ranging from 30 to 50 mm and a length of handle 40 to 80 mm. The soft component is standard blue. Versions are available with threaded M10 M4, while threaded versions exist M5 to M10 with screw length of 10 to 60 mm. Metal parts can be made in burnished steel or stainless steel and are the strength class 5.8.

The particular style of two-component handle indexing suitable for boxes, hoods, but also for machines, measuring devices and laboratory facilities and sports rehabilitation, where ergonomics, safety and design are of particular importance.
